According to the website, Bishop Luers has 600 students, and I'm pretty sure they have more than 28 members... anyone know why they moved to festival?

They are also one of the oldest running show choirs in history....

Just Curious what were the guidelines between Championship and Festival ?

Rian described the Festival Division in his very first post which is quoted below. Not sure which bullet each school classifies as, but those were the requirements.

Division Breakdown:
1. Championship Division

2. Festival Division
-28 or fewer members
-Three years or less of competitive experience
-Group members are primarily freshmen or sophomores
-School has student body population of 400 or fewer

Considering how Beavercreek and Etc have never been more than 2 points apart this year, this is going to be a very interesting and fun competition! So many great groups here!

The way this competition is set up (3 small mixed finalist and 3 large) is super interesting, but I think it provides an even bigger incentive for these groups to give stellar daytime performances. I'm not even going to attempt to make a prediction at this point because there's going to be some very talented groups who just barely miss out on finals. Can't wait to see what happens here!

Prediction:

GC: Beavercreek (BV, BC, BB)
1RU: ETC
2RU: Colerain

I feel like it's going to be super close between Colerain and Grove City. One just has to give a finals level performance in prelims in order to make it into finals.

Predictions Tier l

GC: Beavercreek "Friends" BV BB
1ru: ETC "The All Americans" BC
2ru: Grove City "Touch Of Class"

I feel bad leaving out Colerain because they can definitely make finals here. Prelims performances here need to be on point.

PREDICTIONS TIER 1 MIXED:

GC: Beavercreek BV BC BB
1RU: ETC
2RU: Colerain

I'm thinking Colerain is going to score right above Grove City at this one. Good luck to everyone competing!

This one will be very interesting..... At Medina it seemed Grove City, Beavercreek, and ETC were neck and neck..... also Colerain won GC last weekend. With only 3 finalists, it'll be sad to see one of these great groups miss finals

I think it's great. It makes Finals even more meaningful!
