I'm trying to figure that out still. I mean honestly... I will have seen all these groups (beside Southeast Polk) after "Great River" anyways. It's an hour and a half drive after a 8 hour rehearsal at West. I'm up in the air.

I hope you show up and that you'd get the chance to see us (hopefully.. knock on wood) because I would hate for your only impression of Xhilaration this season to have been based on Onalaska.

I don't like to predict my own competitions, but I would say that D-port Central, D-port North, Iowa City West and Southeast Polk should all make finals. I have heard good things about Pella as well, they already have a GC under their belt. Linn-Mar "In-Step" is always extremely strong for a prep group and can compete with varsities.

Basically very similar to what Jay already said.

I'm pretty excited because after my speech group is done, I should get to the competition just in time to see NSE. Even if I miss them I'll still get to watch CSI. The worst part is missing Good Time Co. though.

Awesome. I'm gonna to try to do my best to see as many groups as possible...Hopefully that includes CSI and Xavier.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't they usually have the 3A Champion in finals along with the prep/2A and four 4A groups?

It also says that NSE and Muscatine Encores are going at the same time.

Oops! I fixed that above. Encore! goes at 12:30, not 12:55.

Although it's not in our rule books, I'm pretty certain that the top six scoring groups, regardless of class, will be in finals. That's how it's been in the past.
