the Jefferson Connection is really excited to be coming to Hastings! We were out of town in johnston this weekend and we were talking about how excited we were for hastings! you guys are so sweet and make us feel so welcome I remember two years ago when we went to Branson for nationals in 06(where riverside got second!!) we all stayed in the same hotel and it was so much fun. Our show goes as follows:

The Dirty Boogie-Brian Setzer
Smack Dab in the Middle-The New York Voices
Home-from "The Wiz"
The Heart of Rock and Roll-Huey Louis and the News
Rush-Aly and Aj
You Give Love a Bad Name-Bon Jovi

hope everyone is doing great and we can't wait to see you guys! should be a great comp

that is very interesting and clever. I wish our school had a bridge with thought-out carpet.

well... the bridge is pretty cool, but if you have never seen it and you start to get your hopes up to much about it. than it will just let you down. so its cool and everything, but not extremely mind numbing.

Oh come on Adam, the bridge makes HHS, HHS. and you know it With out it we'd be just another high school.

And actually there is a scene to go along with the bridge. The carpet is blue in the middle and tan on the outside to represent water and sand. The library window area is supposed to be a barge, and the tables when set up are supposed to be rocks I think... at least that's what i heard.

I " border="0" alt="wub.gif" /> Swingin' on the River...and yeah, I'm probably going to be sitting in the auditorium all day, from the first choir to the last (excluding lunch and supper, of course), because this is most likely the only competition I'll make it to this year. And I love show choir. And miss it immensely. So...this competition will be great. As always.

(By the way, I was at the preview show the other night - I swear, Riverside gets more amazing every year " border="0" alt="happy.gif" /> Divaz and Upstage, you guys were great as well. Good luck to all of you this year, wish I could come to more comps and support you, I'm sure you'll do great!)

(And...Hi Cara! You're probably the only one here who still knows who I am!)

hey, i remember you!!!
(haven't met you, but i remember you

haha i love how everyone FREAKS OUT about our bridge...
the thing i love about our competition is that we don't use a stupid gym
being that this is my first year actually IN riverside every since about 9 years ago I have been watching our choir and coming to our competition and i will agree it is very well run. I'm glad everyone loves it.
I honestly don't really even know who's all coming but ONALASKA, that's exciting... I HOPE GCS COMES!!!
