Bus rides are the best when they are like 3 or 4 towns over and a totaly of 25 min, especially after a loooong night.

Basically, bus rides, in my opinion, are only fun when under 7 hours

The bus trip to Orlando from Winfield was pretty brutal. Morgantown to Atlanta wasn't fun either

I've traveled to both Branson and Florida on a charter bus.. lets just say I never want to do either trip ever again!

Rachelle,
well at least you didn't get sick because your seat partner put the ac on your face, and then was forced to sleep on the floor because someone else kicked you out of your own seat(they said they needed the foot room) , and then had to eat NY strip steak by yourself in a dark cabin because you were way too sick to go to the dining hall, blushing.gif and then had to ride back to 3 degree Ohio in shorts, because someone else said they would help you pack(since you were ill) and put all you pants away.

placing the billion+ hour bus ride at the bottom of the list lol

LOL!!!! I totally agree with that. I kept saying that when we went to Disney twice by charter bus. about 21 hours both ways. That was definately an adventure.

That's like going to Branson, Mo. It took us 16 hours, thankfully, on a charter bus.

An old show choir sage once told me.... "you can only travel as far as the bus seat will let you... and my butt is killing me. Stop the bus"

mapquest says about 9 hours... around 530 miles... in 02 we went to akron which is about 11 hours... 03 was mentor which was about 12.... and various other 9+ hour drives...
