There is only one division for MS and HS. We will recognize the top three choirs from the morning at the Morning Awards. We will recognize the top three choirs at the afternoon awards and present the specialty awards in the afternoon. The top six overall choirs will advance to the Finals. The evening awards will follow the Finals where we will recognize the top three overall choirs.

Thanks, Leon. I believe we have both events posted now! Appreciate you sharing the information with us.

Just to be clear, are there any divisions other than High School and Middle School? Wanted to double check since there are separate morning and afternoon awards ceremonies.

UPDATE - The NCASA Show Choir Committee has changed the format to a Preliminaries - Finals format instead of the Regionals - State format of past years. This alters the dates in that now all events will take place over two weekends.

May 6 - High School A Cappella Competition at Cox Mill HS in Concord
May 7 - Middle School Show Choir at Cox Mill HS (Preliminaries in morning and afternoon, Finals in evening)

The high school weekend and site are to be determined. They will be posted here once they are confirmed.

Registration for all show choir events opens on August 31. All are free and open to NCASA member schools.

We thank William Peace University for their continued support of the William Peace University NC Show Choir Competition!
