That company does a lot of Nebraska events and usually the sound is just a little bit off from the video. Is that the case on this one?

Check it out for yourself...
(I don't think that is the case)

Davenport West and La Crosse Central are both now on YouTube from the competition.

I just received my DVDS today.

The quality is so so.

The cool thing was the $35.00 price for every single show that was performed at the competition. That's 32 show choir shows on 5 DVDS. (Prelims for the GYM, Auditorium, and finals) 3/4 of these shows I will probably never watch... but, maybe someday... I will. Doubtful. haha

Haha.

The director said something like this...

"And the best male soloist goes to, Pippin!!!! Nick Seiler from Grand Central Station!"

He said "Pippin" because the very first part of the ballad is actually from the musical "Pippin".

It did have me confused though. I grabbed Nick's leg in anticipation of him being announced before the director announced it. When they said "Pippin", I immediately let go, thinking it wasn't him. But then, as usual, we were all fooled and started celebrating!!!

oh wow i should have realized that concidering i was the leading player in that musical not to long ago hahah. i bet everyone gave him blank stairs when he said that

Thanks a bunch! It was really fun. It was really cute too because I was coming down from the risers and all of a sudden I see this woman running towards me with open arms with a huge smile on her face....it was my mom. She gave me a hug and a kiss and said she loved me. It was the best moment ever.

wow how awesome.. for your last competition too. I'm sure you wouldnt want it to end either way . I'll be sure to let everyone at valley know you got it. just curious in your signature it says your called 'pippin.' Why's that?? haha
