It was nice to meet both you and your wife this weekend finally. I didn't get a chance to see your performances, but I am sure your kids definitely stepped up their performances from when I saw them at State.

Best of luck to the rest of your season and with your competition next weekend!

I saw both day round and finals for Pella- They certainly stepped it up and gave RCR a run for the money!

Great job everybody. I enjoyed Muscatine's performance...you guys bring a great intensity to the stage. Indianola put on a very theatrical show...I'm not a big Disney fan, but the show itself was very well done. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see Mt Pleasant & CPU (although I will at Dutch Masters this weekend) or Hannibal.

AcaPella enjoyed competing with all of you this weekend. Our kids knew they had a challenge on their hands to raise their intensity after watching Muscatine, and I think we responded well (as did the judges, based on comments). It was fun watching 2 high quality groups leave everything on the stage...the way show choir is supposed to be. (and as a plus, no one had to give any trophies back! so that was nice

So great job, best of luck to everyone the rest of the year, and now our focus shifts to hosting Dutch Masters this weekend. Keep up the good work!

I think the most interesting thing is seeing which competition Indianola shows up to, since they are on both this schedule and Benton.

Looking forward to seeing Muscatine RCR this weekend. Your show looks great on YouTube, but I'm sure it's even better live. This will be our first chance this year to see most of these groups, so good luck to everyone!

Thanks so much! We hope you enjoy our show. I was at Keota with Nick and saw your show. Its fantastic and I can't wait to see it again!

lol I personally think we need to see a Muscatine/Hannibal rematch from last year

We already had a rematch with Hannibal last year. Hannibal placed 2nd Runner Up here, a few points above us. Later in the season, we saw them again in Ft. Madison, and placed above them pretty easily, ahead by a lot of points.
