I've just learned about some of the groups attending. And I'm quite excited.

Carmel "Ambassadors"
Wheaton Warrenville South "The Classics"
Brownsburg "Spotlight Singers"
Chesterton "Sandpipers"
Lawrence North "New Dimension"
Kokomo "Karisma"

The legendary Carmel is returning to competition. It will be very, very interesting to how their 15 year (or so) competition layoff will affect them. I know they still did a show each year, but performing and competiting are two different things.

You should be there too.

Do you have a list of attending groups (all divisions), or even a preliminary schedule of performance times? If you do, and it can be publicized, feel free to post it or send it to me in a PM and I will add it to the calendar event I've created for MusicFest.

Thank you!

The lineup for the Single-Gender and Mixed Show Choir Competition at Pike MusicFest is full; however, we still have room for a couple more Concert Choirs, and also a few more soloists (competing schools). We also have a few spots available in our Middle School Division, which is going to be held on Friday, March 9th. If you are interested in attending, please contact the Pike Director for more information ([email protected]).

If you come, you get to see me.

And that is definitely worth the time and money.

We're hoping this is going to be a huge event. Is there anyone out there that knows they're coming to Pike "MusicFest" yet?

Just a reminder that Pike MusicFest 2007 will be held on Friday, March 9th (New Middle School Division) and Saturday, March 10th. We have divisions for Single-Gender Show Choirs, Mixed Show Choirs, Concert Choirs and Soloists. We are a Qualifications Site for the ISSMA State Show Choir Finals. We are excited to be celebrating our 10th Anniversary and we hope you can join us as competitors or spectators! We'll see you in March!
