So what's up with booting the show choir members out of the auditorium....I was very upset with this. I really don't go to competitions to sit in the cafeteria and watch groups on tiny tv's. I know its a fundraiser and all but that was pretty ridiculous.

That seems to be the norm at most competitions. The later it is during the day the more crowed the auditorium becomes. We have had the bad luck of having the show choir members kicked out right before we came on just about everytime this year.

While this is for the students, there are quite a few people, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, alumni, spectators that pay money to watch the show choirs, and when there is not enough room how are they going to get mroe people in there? They have to cycle thru the students ("non-paying")
Performing for three years, i've had to deal with it, and never understood why, but now being a spectator I am happy I can go to a competition, spend up to $20 for a full day and not be told to leave

they are online, i know i can't help but i'll call my mom and have her or my brother come and tell you where they are.

Thanks! Sean and the rest of St Albans were wonderful this weekend. It was really nice to see the two WV groups come together and cheer each other. We just do not see enough of that!

Does anyone know who did the action shots and if they are available online? I was too busy to stop and check.

Is it coincidense that the top six groups (I am including Southmont, who had to leave due to the weather) were also the final six groups that competed in the preliminaries? Do groups that draw the early slots ever score the highest? Not to take anything away from the Limelighters, but it seems the last groups to perform do have an advantage over ones that performs in the morning. Why do competition officials not put all schools in one division together? Like at Kettering, why not have had the three Class C schools perform back to back?

Is this something anyone else has noticed being a problem?

Go ESPRIT! We are proud of you!

Beavercreek, another great finish!! You've had an awesome year, and I can't wait to see what you do with the rest of it. You've continued to grow and grow, and I think you've even surpassed some of your own expectations. Congrats! Mrs Busch and I are very proud of you! God Bless, Damon Brown

It will be very interesting to see how this years finals turn out, last year Fairfield was favored to win with Beavercreek as 1st Runner Up and this year it seems the Findlay is favored to win over Beavercreek, I hear both groups are very good this year (I am no longer in Beavercreek's group). It will be a very intense comp I can't wait to see what happens! Good luck to all groups!

are you going tyler?
