I'd like to say that Central Sound hasn't always "showed up" at Center Grove and that HN and LC are usually a rivalry at Center Grove but I'd like to note that North Central, Warren, Lawrence Central, and Hunnington North will be there. So this year everyones going to have to bring their best to the stage

my predictions:

gc: North Central
1st runner up: Warren Central
2nd Runner up: Huntington North
3rd Runner up: Ben Davis
4rth Runner up: Lawrence Central

Warren Central lost to Huntington at Ben Davis by 1.3 points, knowing the past Warren groups, they only get better as the year goes on, I have a feeling Warren Central is going to come here swingin.

Everyone's show is AMAZING this year! This should be a good year. And Sweets from LC are doing very well this year. We're better this year.

-GOOD JOB TO THE WOMEN'S GROUPS FROM BROWNSBURG, LN, AND ANDERSON @ BEN DAVIS!!!! YOUR SHOWS WERE AMAZING!!!

-ALL MIXED GROUPS FOR FINALS @ BEN DAVIS WERE AMAZING AS WELL! I GIVE SPECIAL THUMBS UP TO WARREN FOR REALLY GOOD VOCALS!!!!!!!

small mixed and large mixed seem to be mixed up in the schedule...maybe people don't know which is which.

plus, it looks like everybody is vying for the same finals spots.

The way our director explained it to us is that small mixed can win within small mixed as a seperate division. But then the highest scores of all five groups, large and small are taken to night finals. I think its a little ridiculous. A group of 24 people can't outsing a group of 50 or more.

Either way. I am so excited for this weekend. Win or lose, I just wanna watch!
Good luck everyone going!

I would have to guess the top four will be Warren Central, Lawrence Central, Huntington North and North Central in no specific order. I wonder who the fifth finalist will be...

wait...so ALL the choirs, large or festival, are competing for the same five spots? hmmm. that seems odd to me. But whatever the case we are soo excited about this weekend. Center Grove always holds an amazing competition.

Good Luck to everyone. Oh and look for us in one of those top 5 spots!

Why are there never any predictions about festival class? I always look for them but behold none are there.

Castle is super excited about this coming weekend! Good luck to all the groups coming. We are ready for more competition!

East Noble is quite excited about this comp. It is nice to have another comp where girls groups get a chanc eto perform at night As a member of both groups, I can say we are ready and working hard. Good luck to all choirs!

it seems a little strange to me that there are only five mixed finalists. i understand there are only so many hours in one day, but there's so much talent on this schedule that six top-notch schools could be taken easily.

GC- North Central
1RU- Huntington North
2RU- Warren Central
3RU- Danville
4RU- Lawrence Central

Vocals- North Central
Choreo- North Central
Band- North Central

a bit one-sided, yes, but if North Central is in anywhere the same league as they were last year, i don't doubt this as a more than possible outcome.

I chnage my MIXED show choir RESULTS!!

GC: Huntington North
1st RU: North Central
2nd RU: Warren Central
3rd RU: Lawrence Central
4th RU: Ben Davis

I think Ben Davis will be upset with their loss against Carroll and i think them hosting this weekend will boost their confidence levels when they recieve their exhibition scores. However, Warren beat Mt Zion last weekend so we cant under estimate them. I think the last two spots for finals are up for grabs (Pike, LC, BD, Danville) but the first three are a solid yes in my book.
