And yes... "Great River" really has turned into an Iowa/Illinois bridge crossing competition. I know Waubonsie Valley and Wheaton Warrenville were turned away due to us being full. Eisenhower showed interest in this years competition as well. We should re-name the competition "The Iowa, Illinois, and sometimes Wisconsin Cup".

It did... but they haven't sent everything in yet, so I did not add them to the list. I'm not putting up any of the schools who have only verbally confirmed that they are coming, but haven't sent in registration forms yet. There are plenty of other schools that could be added, but I don't want to put them on here if they may not end up coming in the first place. That's the trouble with verbal commitments.

It's on Saturday as well. I think you guys might as well just bring "West Side Delegation" and "Ovation". With how "Ovation" was looking last year, I really can't wait to see WSD this year.

Davenport West and Central High Schools will be holding their 11th annual "Great River" Show Choir Invitational in the historic Adler Theatre and River Center Complex on Friday/Saturday, February 15th-16th, 2008 in Davenport, Iowa. On Friday, a middle school competition will be held and on Saturday the 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, prep, mens, womens, and varsity mixed competition will be held.
