just thought you should know that Crete's girls group (Faces) can't compete for finals.

Thanks so much for pointing that out. I meant to say the "Cavaliers". Again, best of luck to everyone!

who does everyone think the contenders are in this one?

Grand Champion: Findlay HS "First Edition"
First Runner Up:Marysville HS "Swingers Unlimited"//Beavercreek HS "Friends"//Piqua HS "The Company"
Second Runner Up:Marysville HS "Swingers Unlimited"//Beavercreek HS "Friends"//Piqua HS "The Company"
Third Runner Up :Marysville HS "Swingers Unlimited"//Beavercreek HS "Friends"//Piqua HS "The Company"
Fourth Runner Up: Crete Monee HS "Cavaliers"
Fifth Runner Up: Solon HS "Music in Motion"

So those are my predictions for finals. I definately think Poca could also be there. It is really a toss up.
Its only my opinion! Best of luck to everyone, I'm sure it'll be close.

i have one question about how this comp is run. is a critique offered after the daytime performance?

because if it is, i'm going to have to run back to the gym and watch Findlay in my costume.

That sucks that women can't compete in finals b/c
Crete-Monee Girls were amazing last year and I think
it would be amazing if they were able to compete
for a spot in the finals like they did at MT. Zion!!
Oh, Well!! I'm sure they will still perform like they
always do.

Here's the list....
Championship Class
Anderson Highland HS "Highland Singers"
Beavercreek HS "Friends"
Crete-Monee HS "Cavaliers"
Findlay HS "First Edition"
Marion Harding HS "Harding Singers"
Marysville HS "Swingers Unlimited"
Martinsburg HS "Good Times"
Middletown HS "Purple Pizzazz"
Mooresville HS "Spotlighters"
Piqua HS "The Company"
Poca HS "Visual Volume"
Solon HS "Music in Motion"
St. Albans HS "Classix"
Van Buren HS "The Association"
Walsh Jesuit HS "Harmony Gold"
Wapakoneta HS "Singsation"
Winfield HS "General Admission"

Ladies Division
Crete-Monee HS "Faces"
Anderson Highland HS "Starliters"
Mooresville HS "Finesse"

Here are my predictions and these go off of what I have seen
so far this year and what I like so here goes:

GC: Fidlay "First Edition"
1RU: Piqua "The Company"
2RU: Mooresville "Spotlighters"/Marysville "Swingers Unlimited"
3RU: Same as 2RU
4RU:Anderson Highland "Highland Singers"
5RU: Crete-Monee "Faces"

Mooresville, Highland, and Crete Girls I haven't seen yet this
year but have heard great things about all three. I saw Crete
girls last year and know they must be great this year by their
placement at Mt. Zion. I really have no Idea about Anderson
but I have heard they are a very strong choir so if I was wrong
to put them so high I am sorry. This competition is going to be
great goodluck to all attending choirs.

P.S. Other people can start to make predicitions too I
wanted to restart it since not many have made predictions.

I don't think the women's groups can compete in the finals they are only exhibition.

Even though we are going into the festival class, I am still really excited for this comp. I am going into the solo comp as well so I hope to do well in that! But I am still trying to find a song to sing for it. Hopefully I find one soon!!

Good luck to everyone!

Central Crossing can't wait!

this is simply amazing I am so taken back by the line up for this compitition. This is going to be remarkable. I can't even begin to think of who will end up in finals...aside from one or two groups, I feel like it is a complete toss up. Whoever shows up with their A game and extreme focus is going to be successful. I am going to have to get out and watch this one, it is truly to good to pass up. Best of luck to all of the competing choirs. No matter how cliche it sounds, making the final 6 is truly a tremendous achievment, and even if that does not happen, the fact you had the guts to go to this one is impressive. Its going to be a fun day....Good Luck!
