Everyone is doing awesome, but man. Elkhorn Excel REALLY brought it. Such a fun and engaging show. With great choreography and vocals. And that male soloist was phenomenal!

Hastings really has perfect vocals. Flawless. With that in mind, here are my predictions

Would have to agree with this. Also gonna throw out there that Elkhorn South always performs well at this competition. Really enjoy their show and could even see them in second and probably not lower than third. Of course my heart has to go with Hastings here but CR Washington is really the wildcard in this competition. Millard North has a great show and I have yet to see Elkhorn and Grand Island NW, but they have had a few weeks to polish up their sets for this weekend! Good luck to all and cannot wait to see your shows tomorrow! Sure to be a good one!

So I don't know all the judges, but I do know that Mark Myers and Linda McEachran Southard are the two critique judges!


*edit I heard, though not confirmed, that Dina Else, Joel Johnston, and Lester Miller III are the three other judges.

Best Band will go to CR Wash. They deserve to win finally this year. They are one of the best bands I've ever heard. Do not count out Momentum at this comp. I think people will be very surprised.

Predictions
GC- Hastings (Sweep)
1RU- CR Wash
2RU- Elkhorn South
3RU- Millard North
4RU- Elkhorn
5RU- GINW

This will be another great competition to keep the season rolling! When it comes to GC I think Hastings will take this one. Looking at captions I think Hastings has both Choreo and Band locked down. Vocally Wash has proved to be very strong besting both Jeff and Centennial these past couple weeks. BUT Hastings also took the caption over an always amazing Waukee. Hastings proved me wrong in taking choreo from Wheaton last week so I don't doubt them when it comes to the sweep. I wish the best of luck to everyone this weekend!

I just watched Hastings on YouTube from the preview show I went to earlier this month. Their show is so "Create"-ive! I can't wait to see them live again next month!

Yeah it could definitely be super close between the two. Both groups have finished ahead of some top tier groups so far with Hastings sweeping two comps and wash getting a GC and a 1st ru.
