So how about the Concessions at LN? I'd give it a 1st place out of all the competitions I've been to.... Soundsations made it to finals for the very first time ever in the history of Soundsations...I was happy with our 3rd place....I love Hipstreet's show, alot....It's to die for....And LC's soloist for "Last Dance" is awesome! I <3 her....and Fairfield's DJ thingie was awesome! I thought that was a brilliant idea....LC's soloists were awesome.....All the Sounds girls are in love with the guy who sang the solo for that one song "Just to see my name in lights..." or whateva from Brownsburg...BB Madrigals...You guys made my hairs stick up during your performance.....I really liked the LN Competition....It's not about what you placed....It's about whether you had a good show and how much fun you have on that stage....Oh, and I <3 our hosts from Descants....I remember one of them was named Bianca, but I can't think of the other two....But you guys are awesome!

I'll accept the placings.  But what I don't get is how the judges give point scores away for everything, then place the choirs by their feelings.

I don't understand if they can place the choirs however they want, what the point is of giving away any points?  " border="0" alt="huh.gif" />

To all the choirs great job on Saturday.

To Central Sound:

Don't get to bend out of shape.  I have seen your choir (or was a part of it) for way over ten years.  You represented us perfectly.  I haven't seen our choir ON POINT and SO CLEAN in 8 years.

You should be proud, and all of your teachers (including your choreographer) and parents said it was the best you've done all year.

Thanks

In response to Drew's NERVOUS message on here , I just want to say (even though this is going to be soooo incredibly lame of me) on Sunday night while going to sleep I was singing CP's ballad to myself. The judges anywhere can take away a medal or a placement ... but they'll never take away 'my song.'

Now wasn't that the most cheesy thing you've ever read? Ah well.

awww tim. i tried to picture you in brownsburg. haha you'd be so classy. it's strange how everything worked out, i wouldn't of met you & fell in love with you these past 3 years.

other than the results and whatnot, is there anything MIC can improve or do again next year to make as successful as it was this year? i'd really like everyone's input if they aren't busy!!! thanks

To brownsburg, you had some very rude students that i sat near during finals. I am not generalizing your whole choir, just those 3 or 4 that sat in the back of the center section on the right hand side next to the aisleway. You made it very unenjoyable to be in that room.

What's the point of saying that? Yeah. I don't know either.

Pardon my lateness in reply, I was having major computer problems this week...

I'd just like to say that I had a blast this past weekend at North Central. It was the most fun I've had at a competition ever. I was honored to be there, and even more honored to win. But I can't believe all the negitivity we the Choraliers received for getting GC. It was not deserved. I know I worked hard to get my job done, and to get it done right. And Im positive that every other Choralier did too. We worked hard just to get to the finals, and we would have been just as proud to receive 5th place, just as we were getting 1st.

No disrespect to all the other choirs, but you all need to calm down, have a coke and a smile, and realize that we won and no amount of arguing is gonna change that. So please just try and put it past you, be an adult, and move on. Its a show choir competition in High School. Its not the end of the WORLD!

P.S. GO TECH CREW!
