Just a little addition to all the predictions because it looks like no one is giving any recognition to the Middle Mixed division.... so when I saw some of the groups being listed in the more recent predictions posted, I couldn't help but interject that PRC Central Attraction did just get 1st runner up at West Jones last weekend (ahead of 3 other large groups) and just because they are competing in the morning time at this competition, they are still eligible for finals!
I just don't see that happening. there are too many talented large mix. But maybe next time

Oak Grove could sneak into finals and replace Brio in my opinion. I saw them live at Nashville's competition and they were NOT bad by any stretch of the imagination... just maybe not as energetic as the other groups??.. At that level, NO mistakes can be made. My choir also learned firsthand how INCREDIBLE the competition was and how a few small mistakes can completely bump you from the finals round.
Also false, they were 2nd at Albertville and got jumped by Tift County. I do not know preliminary placements from Homewood, but I imagine it was either a similar case, or they stayed in the same place. Their only jump came at Tallassee, where they were much better than Albertville in prelims, and, assuming I retained this info correctly, Homewood was tanked by a judge. Not sure how true that is, but I do know for sure that they had at least one first place vote and at least one fourth place vote.
Oak Mountain jumped Jackson Prep at homewood, from prelims to finals. So your statement about about their only jump being at Tallasee is incorrect.
What are both Loveland's groups shows? I watched By Request's 2015 show and it didn't seem to have a theme and I was wondering if they had one this year. I also haven't seen anything from Allure so I would love to hear about them too.
The Loveland Show Choirs never have exact themes, but I can tell you that they are absolutely outstanding this year!
I believe this competition will be very interesting. I believe going into prelims, Loveland will take lead over Oak Mountain. In finals, Oak Mountain has jumped people that have beaten them in prelims at all three of their competitions previous to this one which is impressive and shows that they bring the heat in finals. I see them taking the lead back at the end of the night.

lol despite the fact im 23..... and I just picked a random show choir. I actually went to spain park highschool. And one more question... has Opelika placed at any comps this year?
So far, in their first two competitions, Opelika has not made finals and apparently, those in the know who could confirm where they placed in prelims are refusing to do so on this web-site. I have spoken!
