Does anyone know if the information listed for O'Fallon Township is accurate on their choir page? Jamie Marble was our old director in middle school, so it'd be pretty awesome if that was her group that did so well here.

Yes she is our director

Thats sweet of you to say Ashley! I know only a couple Bemidji kids ever come on here, but I'll relay the message! Every Bemidji kid I have talked to has been soooo impressed with TG's show this year! Congrats on all your guys' success thus far, and thanks for the support!!!
See you at Spectacular 2010!!!

LOL at harry potter theme bringing in the results haaaa.

....I may have had something to do with that ;)
I'm glad you got the joke!

ANYWAYS.
This was a great competition.
I don't want to ramble about it too long but.
There is nothing in the world that feels as good as stepping onto that stage.
I can't believe last night was the last time I'll ever do that.
Or that it was the last time setting up and tearing down and hosting!
I don't want to graduate!

Dimensions- YOU GUYS ROCKED!
I was so lucky to have such an incredible group.
Thank you for reminding me of old school show choir.
I lovelovelovelove you guys.
Please come back next year so I can come and watch!!!

And, FYI everyone.
Yesterday was Mr. Olson's birthday
SO BELATED HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG O!
WE LOVEEEEE YOU!

To be honest, I think this provides interest in new sales. I wouldn't be nearly as interested in this competition had I not been able to watch it live and feel a part of the experience.

Hm, fair enough. Hadn't thought of it that way.

Congrats to Bemidji!

ProCat (recording company for all our local competitions) surely would not appreciate the cut into their sales caused by streaming, and would likely not assist the schools in attempting to stream the competitions.

I think part of the reason is that it's interlaced and not progressive (so you see a lot of those scan lines through the picture). But I heard that 8th graders are shooting it, which is awesome. Having seven cameras to shoot it with sure is a luxury (and it beats one iPhone).

But no matter how people are broadcasting, it's just really fantastic to be able to see all of these competitions no matter where we are.

Amen! I saw the memo beneath the video that said it was being produced by Waconia students; that is just too cool.

Unfortunately, my iPhone will have to work for now for us down here. I don't know that any of the hosting schools here have the capabilities to pull off the feat of streaming a competition, and ProCat (recording company for all our local competitions) surely would not appreciate the cut into their sales caused by streaming, and would likely not assist the schools in attempting to stream the competitions.

Sure hope I'm wrong about that though. It'd be so great to see this concept spread not only through my region, but all others as well.

Awesome!

Wish the video quality was a little better, but I guess I shouldn't complain about getting to watch a live competition that's hundreds of miles away, right from the comfort of my home!

I love the emceeing of this competition. It gets a little obnoxious at times, but it's extremely entertaining and just flat out fun with the quirky games and themes and such.

They were very cool... I loved how the band was rocking out during that last number.

The skits in between are really goofy, but fun. It reminds me of an old Nickelodeon game show.

The live feed is very good; competitions have really been stepping it up this year in providing this service. I hope it doesn't take too long for this to become a standard for all competitions... it really brings our entire community together.

I loved the colors song with the costumes. Very neat way to portray it.

The skits between are very entertaining. It'd be more fun to be there doing them though

This livefeed is, well, amazing. The quality is just superb.
