GC - John Burroughs (BV, BC) [0, 0, 0, 2, 0]
1RU - Carmel [2, 1, 0, 2, 3]
2RU - Hastings [3.5, .5, 1.5, 1, 4.5]
3RU - Waubonsie Valley [2, 2.5, 3.5, 1, 6]
4RU - Wheaton North [7, 1.5, 3, 2, 11.5]
5RU - Naperville North [9.5, 2.5, 2.5, 0, 12.5]

[Vocals, Visuals, Show, Band, Overall]. My point system is out of 350, so it's a 3.5% difference between 1st and 6th.

How do you judge something as amazing as this?!? I could see it going 3 ways. Waubonsie with vocals, Burroughs with show, or Carmel as perhaps the best blend of everything with choreography.

But my wild guess:
WV with best vocals
JB with best chor (show design)
Carmel
Naperville North
Wheaton North
Hastings

Wow. What a finals!

Just watched finals on the live feed, all I can say is HOLY COW!!! Those judges have their work cut out for them. Just wow. I would pay a LOT of money to be there to watch!!

They cannot charge enough for finals tickets!!

I'd agree. Personally see WV with BC and Carmel with BV. Who knows what it'll be though.

I am not even going to lie, when I watched Powerhouse in daytime, I was not overly impressed. Yeah, they're John Burroughs so the show is great, but I just did not feel it like I had hoped I would, you know?

And then I watched Powerhouse in finals. And my entire world shifted. That performance was nothing short of spectacular. Absolutely incredible all around. Just wow!!! And I'm feeling this way from the live feed! I cannot even imagine being there........

Just when you think show choir can't get any better, you see John Burroughs Powerhouse and they take you out of this UNIVERSE by sucking you into their show with their UNBELIEVABLE amount of talent they posses and I truly LOVE them and anyone connected to them!!!!

I had the honor of judging WV a few weeks ago and it was amazing live. I made a comment to the center kid in the closer on my tape about his professionlism because his hoodie accidentally went up during the song but it looked so cool and he played it out so well and popped it off right on the down beat. I went up to him after the contest and said "Do that every show"!!!! I laughed out loud when it happened in the finals show tonight!!!! Lot of killer performers in that group!

Most in tune one I've ever heard by FAR (and I was in one lol)

WV dances at Clinton level. It might become dancing at Waubonsie level before long...
