There's no list or schedule that I have seen yet - but I do believe that these choirs are attending:

Hamilton (OH) (middle school only)
Edgewood (IN)
Ross (OH)
Fairfield (OH)
Bishop Dwenger
Pendleton

I've gotten these from looking through the attendees and asking around - if anyone has an official list, that'd be great!
