Häakon is planning on producing a live stream. He tweeted earlier this week that it would start on Saturday at 2pm PDT/5pm EST.

I would anticipate him posting the information/link when he's ready. Or follow the SCC Twitter if you aren't already!

From the new revised schedule I've seen, Hart "Sound Vibrations" has moved up to the Tier 1 division. They will be performing first at 9:40pm.

Yes, to my understanding, a group can be moved up to a higher division at the directors discretion at any point during the season but can not be moved back down until the next school year.
