Three choirs from a school on a hill in Burbank...each choir sweeping in their divisions in California's biggest and best competition...and the show choir world is relatively silent. Ouch.

Impressons: You have been a force in the all-female division for the past several years and this season was no different except that you went one step further by not only being Grand Champions at Mundelein but also getting into the finals with the advanced mixed division. Very proud of you!

Sound Dogs: What can anyone say? Woof.

In Sync: There may have been other, equally popular sets done by previous In Sync groups, but there has been no other group like this one. The quality, depth, and maturity (and aerobics?) you have displayed is beyond any others. You leave me breathless.

Only two more words can best describe the Burbank choir program: Brett Carroll

Congratulations to you all.....xoxoxo

Is the city of Burbank the show choir capital of the world, or what? (And a Hoosier doesn't like to give up that title easily - even if he is 2000 miles from Indiana!)

Heck, from San Diego to Newhall and beyond - the whole region is pretty amazing. There is a camaraderie here that doesn't exist anywhere else. Where else do all the tech crews spend the day backstage, making sure every performance goes off without a hitch? Where else would a host choir invite soloists from other choirs to perform in their finale? Congratulations to everyone who participated yesterday, and a big thanks to Tony and the gang at Chula Vista for another job well done. I couldn't be more proud at being a part of this community and especially a part of the incomparable John Burroughs Vocal Music Association.

Burbank,....YEEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Absolutely fantastic job! I cannot tell you guys how proud I am of you all and the amazing job you've done this entire year. All 3 groups closed with the BANG they wanted the year to end with against truly outstanding competition, and now the memories you'll have couldn't be any better or happier. Thanks for letting me work with you guys, it an honor. See you in September!

To Carlsbad, it sounds like you all came on strong! Congrats on your 4th runner-up and finishing the year with a very good placement against great competition. Ms. Owen and I have been proud of your work all season long, and hopefully you'll all feel great about the job you did yesterday. I feel very blessed to be able to work with all of you and can't wait to rev up the engine of a new year in July! God Bless, Damon Brown

For those who didn't have of couldn't get the feed, what were the final results?

We've posted what we know. We all equally don't get the feed.

I like how we all keep refreshing 'cause we're THAT eager to find out when anyone knows what's going on.
