by the way, i would like to say that Oceanside did absolutely fantabulous. I have never seen them peform so well, and I was really impressed by how they stepped up a notch. I was sad that our own people caused them to be docked more points than anything else.

Yeah, Oceanside's director was irritated about that. He walked up to me all mad and stuff (which he had the right to be!) because he felt like they got cheated, so I think next year we need a new timer,cause that wasnt the only director that complained

Yeah - he was mad cause the time guy wouldn't take a hint that we were ready. He needed a 'thumbs up' which was given to him buy our director before he went offstage (we start with the acapella) but I guess he didn't see that, because he went on and on and kept asking us if we were set, and we kept telling him we were....but he needed a 'thumbs up' and couldn't find the driector dry.gif . I must say it was quite frustrating.

oh well though..

I still had fun

if you guys hadn' been docked so much, I wonder if you would have gotten 3rd, or even second o.o

but then again, I don't know the score stuff, so I could be wrong, but you guys truly did impress me. SO much. Very very very much. Sorry if I keep talking about this, but you guys were so ON it, the whole time. I was dead front and center, and your a'cappella blew me away because it was so on, and everything looked good and sharp.

thanks for an entertaining show <3

Oceanside recieving compliments? " border="0" alt="blink.gif" />

i love you! lol!

<3 I seriously thoroughly enjoyed you guys, and I was so impressed, you guys deserve recognition for how you guys did. And I'm proud of you guys

<3 i love you too! " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

and celebration people... you were overtime in more than one aspect. you were overtime in your band setup and your show performance, therefore causing to be docked for ONE, not both, which you are lucky for. I personally asked mr. woods if you would be docked for OT, and he said no, so I relayed the message, not realizing you had been over on both.

what do you mean overtime on both? why is the band set up and showtime 2 differnt times....the thing is we have never had a problem with telling the timer that were set. The timer should not argue with the director when they say that their group is set.

either way sweetie, you cannot blame 50 something seconds on the timer. Perhaps a FEW seconds, and I do understand that you would be upset at the timer for causing you to lose a few seconds, but the majority of that was yours.

and you can't expect to be overlooked for all 50 something seconds (i cant remember if it was 51 or 57)

and AngelinCea (sorry if I just butchered your name) but if you don't want it to seem that you guys aren't upset, then please don't try to make it seem as though it was rigged, or 'suspicious' because it only shows poor losing.

you guys performed well, and the show is over, complaining over trivial things is pointless. You all should be satisfied with the placings you got, ALL things considered. None of us were out to get you, or trying to mess things up. Besides, the whole competition is over. It's not like you didn't place higher at our competition then you have at the others. And I'm glad you did.

i think the ladie's competition had incorrect placing, but that's just me. but vista i thought deserved first all the way... that jungle song ROCKED! but yeah... that competition was ODD.
