Congratulations to everyone who competed in or attended The Aztec Sing last night. There was a distinctively positive and encouraging feeling as every group was appreciated, none were disqualified, and there was nothing but smiles from everyone following the awards ceremony. This is what show choir competitions should be about. Music, good will and a positive experience for all. Thank you to Leslie Clutterham, the adjudicators and the Azusa HS Choir for hosting such a fine event. The tone was positive from the very beginning. Great start to the season. Sincerely, Dave Willert, Brea Olinda HS

Boy. This rammar guy swears he is some show choir god or something. Kids..let me tell you..if you really plan on doing anything after high school with music DO NOT bank everything on show choir..we cant all be eden.

I loved show choir when I was in it and i could NEVER turn down a good battle on show choir. com..but..man..sometimes..when youre old..you gotta let it go..its for the kids..not you.

Juan, I agree with you completely on the idea that after you graduate, it's time to let go. I have... and today I just happened to be logging back in to see what was going on after so long.

"Rammar" is the director for Arcadia. Your saying that he needs to "let go" is silly because directors use this forum, as proven by the posts by Mr. Jennings and Atienza. It's a little bit different if you and I were posting like he does, but he's a director, so it's different.
