Chula Vista (we wanted someone in your chicken fight-fest, our student teacher wouldn't let us  dry.gif)

I would not let them either! I thought I stopped that crazy game, but when I left to take care of business (get scores, converse with other directors).... I come back... and there they are! On top of shoulders making idiots of themselves!!....

*rolls up sleeves*

"OK children... get in line" ohmy.gif

*takes out a 2x4 for your lashing!*

Please do not call it the "Chula Chicken Fight".... We do not claim that.

It wasnt me, I swear to god!

I agree, CrazyNShyFlip. We placed 12th, but it doesn't really matter, right? We had fun performing, and I think you guys liked it (hopefully, anyway ;) ) We needed practice, that's all. Our energy was alright, could've been better, vocals were just okay, dancing had flaws, but choreography ruled, in my opinion. We were disappointed, to some effect, but I felt we won anyway. It's okay, there's still four more years for us to place, right?

Anyway, congrats to Vista, we didn't get to watch you guys, but maybe next year?
Congrats to Diamond Bar (your show was AWESOME, where do you get all the energy?), Enterprise (We'll be seeing you ar RAVES ;) ) Chula Vista (we wanted someone in your chicken fight-fest, our student teacher wouldn't let us dry.gif) and Los Alamitos (your show was great, plus you had a HUGE fanbase )

I don't really understand why Hart was placed so low, in both divisions.  Normally, both the mixed and girls groups get 1st or 2nd...I don't agree with their placement here, but then again, the judging is different...Good job anyways!!  You're terrific groups!

Marquis and Solitaire--good job guys and gals!  Awesome performances by both groups.  And this is, besides one of the few times Solitaire has placed, but the furst time Solitaire has ever gotten a 1st place @ Fullerton.  And good job to all 6 DB choirs that competed today for placing in the top 3 for each division!

All advanced girls groups should be given trophies for just getting through performances in little Wilshire Theater's stage!!  Oh wow that was a tight squeeze.

Notorious--I think this is the funniest show I've ever seen you guys do--from beginning to end, you had the audience--and judges, laughing.  Way to go

hello just wanted to say congrats to all of db!!!!!!!!! and everyone who competed!!!!!!!!!!! but just to clarify this was not the first time Solitaire has gotten first at Fullerton. the first time they got first was in 99-00 when katrina was president and Heartbreakers was song by Solitaire the first time ... along with my guy, i will, colors of the wind, and hard hearted hannah ... just wanted to clarify awesome job to everyone once again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope everyone that watched Mt. Eden's show liked it. I thought our performance was alright, but we had so many problems. It was our first performance. We never even rehearsed with the band because our band is from the so-cal area and we live near San Francisco/Oakland area. Even though we didn't place, I'm glad we didnt go overtime. Last year we would of gotten 3rd place but we had points deducted because of overtime. Enough about us. Props to DB Marquis. You guys were hella good. You alot of pressure on us. I think you guys should of got 1st place. I enjoyed all the other shows too. I think everyone is a winner.

Panda Substitute,Apr 5 2003, 12:25 AM] ...that manly lady host.....said Chula Vista "MAIN"........I suppose she can't read...

...However, I saw haylee and haakon.  Made it worth my day.

She said "Serrano VOCAL!" too... obviously an embarassing error. The program only allowed for a certain amount of characters for each group, and thus truncated some of the names... and I'm assuming that's where she was getting her info. Even still, you'd think she would have gone over the information with the director before announcing a group in front of everyone... especially after having already made the mistake once.

It was great seeing you, too, Tony! Wasn't Mt. Eden out of this world? I think a lot of people missed out by not watching them...

Mt. Edan reminds me of my old times with my old high school. Everything but the high risers. We didn't have money for them.

Not afraid to do a song like the robot one ......ahh when will I see another pokemon dance on stage?

I am soo confused. since DB/Esperanza tied 1st so does that mean we techinically got 4th and CV would have gotten 5th??? " border="0" alt="blink.gif" />
