We thought everyone did a great job and it is only the 1st competition, and every group will grow and change their sets so we are totally looking forward to Hart! Good luck at Diamond Bar girls! We are sorry we are not there with you, but we have our school show that night. Hope to see you all at Hart and Vivace knows everyone will do GREAT! I have a question to Diamond Bar???? You group has 50 girls, but how do you guys have so much room to dance and do you choreagraphy? I have 50 girls in our group and it's impossible to do any choreagraphery cuz we're all squashed!
If you watch, we do lots of "indadiual sapce dancing" So everybody is aware of each other and we try to move as a whole. LOL " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Some times we still get squished but isn't great to be with your friends?

"nonetheless" after a pointless post referring to La Mesa and Burbank????? What kind of "congrats" is that????? (meaningless comes to mind)......and please, PLEASE tell us how Sound could compete in the mixed division if this was a ladies only competition????? For that matter, how could Sound compete in any mixed division competition - or am I missing something here?????.......and a choir shouldn't lose points for leaving props on stage????? I suppose there should be no time limits or any kind of penalties for any choir, if I read your comment correctly. First off, talking about "mixed division"...that was a typo, obviously, something you really can't say anything about ater reading through your disease ridden post.
Second....Why shouldn't a choir lose points for leaving their props onstage?...not only did La Mesa leave their stuff out, but they left it right in the way, onstage. Our director had to run out in the middle of Brea's set and grab a box. If the group can't follow the rules, the suffer the consequences. Everyone knows La Mesa did a great job, but they learned a lesson while they were doing it. That is just how the game works.
...Next time, sequenceboy.....please proof read your posts and make sure you know what you are talking about.

My response was to the original statement from jaguarms who was hypothetically trying to place Sound Unlimited first and La Mesa second in his statement....."If Sound was actually competing in the mixed division, and there were no such things as "point deductions for leaving props on the stage" the results would have been..............." If mixed division was a typo, I didn't type it and should not be blamed.

Just a note.. the festival is over, so instead of dwelling on it, look forward to Diamond Bar and Hart next week. BVHS is taking over a hotel.. this will be fun
