We are on the bus. About another hour and a half until we reach chicago. I feel bad for those southern groups coming up. Bethany fagan told me they have about 325 miles or so.

The MAIN reason I'm posting right now is because a minnesota bus just passed us and I have a strong feeling that it was Waconia! Show choir bonding at its finest.

I wish i was still coming Good Luck!!

Sadly, my parents decided that it would not be a good idea to let a few high schoolers travel to a different state for the sole purpose of watching show choir all weekend. Therefore, I will not be attending this Wheaton this weekend. I really wish I could be there for probably one of the best invites of this season, but I'll be chillin' at a show choir party at my friend's house. So GOOD LUCK to everyone!! Keep this updated on how things are turning out!!

I'm so nervous for this competition. Our group needs a pick-me-up after last weekend. And no doubt this will be just the one to do it....this competition is going to be quite challenging.

And emotional....my last show choir competition of my life.... -is sad-

I won't make predictions, because I haven't seen most of the Midwestern groups.. I've seen Waubonsie Valley on Youtube, and they look very impressive.. I can't wait to see them live.. Hopefully, the southern groups (West Jones and Petal) will represent the South well and entertain the judges and crowd.. Petal is very good this year, and I can definitely see them taking home 1st Runner-up or 2nd Runner-up.. As for us, our vocals probably aren't strong enough for us to make Finals, but I'm sure I'll enjoy this competition anyways.. Good luck to everyone competing..

I'M from the south as well.. i've seen petal and west jones many times this season despite petal not making finals this past weekend at west i do believe thy will come out with a bang and be highly ranked going into finals. As for west jones yall's show gets increadibly better each time yall perform "vocal" wise as as well i havent seen all the mid west choirs but i believe yall could make a finals apperence. But goodluck to PETAL and WEST represent well.
