This finals was definitely a pleasure to watch. Each show was very unique and had really amazing soloist all across the board. Zionsville and Pike really battled it out for the top spot, and I think the captions were correct in awarding Zionsville for their stellar vocals, and awarding Pike for their crisp and energetic choreography. Congrats to Zionsville on their win but really congrats to everyone for putting on a great show.

Bused finks list:

CS
PIKE
ZIONSVILLE
CAROL
EDGEWOOD

Central sound made finals at their first competition with an unfinished show. Their vocals are the best I've heard in years (even while I was a member) they competed 3 songs and beat groups who were on their 3d comp.

Carol has been doing very well.

Pike has won a contest already

ZIONSVILLE too sings well

Idk bout Edgewood

This will be a great comp!! Excited to see my alma matter compete

As a Shepherd Hill alum, I'm super stoked they're headed out to the Midwest to meet and compete with some new groups. One of my best friends from show choir is an FC Singers alum, I wish we could've done this when we were in high school! I'll be waiting anxiously just to see how all the groups do, and I'm especially excited for SH Illusion to see some hardcore Women's groups.

Predictions:

GC: Zionsville (BV)
1RU: Pike/Edgewood (BC)
2RU: Edgewood/Pike
3RU: Dekalb
4RU: Carroll

As much as I would like to see Pike take the GC (they have a killer show this year), I think Zionsville's size and vocals will best them. I don't think I have ever seen Edgewood perform live, but I do know they're constantly at the top of the standings. It's going to be a great competition!
