This was a very interesting competition. It was very fun and definitely entertaining, but it seems like the scores were questionable.



GC: CARMEL (VOCALS & VISUALS)- I only got to see your pre-lim show because your finals show was right after us but I guess you stepped it up for finals. Your shows are always different from the norm of midwest show choir is today. you guys cleanswept everything and I suppose that's what you came to do. mission accomplished (ps. the few Ambassadors I talked to were very classy and I appreciate that. Some Accents were kind of out there...but great work)

1RU: CENTER GROVE- Very very very entertaining show. I really was rooting for you guys and everyone was so energetic during your show. Diamond studded cow boys= awesome.

2RU: ANDERSON HIGHLAND- You had an AWESOME audience to feed off of and your energy was crazy high. Congrats on stepping it up a few notches in finals.

3RU: CASTLE- the group I'm in. We are SO grateful for this placement. Pike held a wonderful competition and we were treated very well. We could've had more energy and contrast..etc. but we'll work on that for state. watch out

4RU: WARREN CENTRAL- this seriously surprised me. In prelims 3rd and 4th were very very close and I suppose your vocals were off. Personally, I thought you guys killed it. You have so much emotion and I just want to be up there singing with you. I look forward to competing with you guys at State, and please step it up because so is the rest of indiana best of luck WC!

Warren Central were ranked 3rd during the day.

Unfortunately... A Raisin in the sun... was going on tonight.

Warren was without 6 people. They had to leave right after the day show. Unfortunately... it showed they were missing people. They were missing 2 soloists, 2 former best performers, the best performer for the day show and several others. They couldn't bring their A game.

They will try to bring their A game at state. But another 10+ people are going to IHSFA state speech the same day. So WHO KNOWS.......

personally had WC third...they added visuals and looked MUCH better than at BD, and of course sounded amazing.
