I had a TON of fun working back stage with all of the groups!! All of the directors were very respectful and everyone had so much enthusiasm! I enjoyed every single performance, and I was in there all day ;) never a dull moment! I think everyone did a great job, and the win was well deserved, Huntington North! Thanks for making my last showcase the best one yet,

Melody =)

PS: Thanks for the note, Prospect! I love you all too! <3

Good job to all the choirs in the night show! (I wasn't there in the day. =[ )
Mt. Prospect: Your ladies had my favorite dresses that I've ever seen. The fusha ones with the silver. I also really enjoyed all the songs. Anastasia is amazing.
Lafayette-Jefferson: I really like all your newer numbers especially "When I Grow Up".
Bishop Luers: I LOVE your closer, it's my favorite show choir song. Someone did it a couple years ago and loved it, and I was so excited when I heard the first few notes of your closer.
Norwell: I'm always amazed at the great sound that you have when you have so few people.
Chesterton: I loved the theme of your show, and especially the camel and then the closing outfits. Were they hot at all?
Huntington North: I love your ballad, especially the ending of it.
Homestead: Great job in your performance and in your hosting! I love when that one soprano hits the extremely high note at the end of your closer(?).

Great job again to everyone! I wish I could have been a part of this competition!
Good luck in whatev is left of everyone's seasons!

Way to go HN!!! I'm SURE you still have that one, unstoppable show left to show us... With the vocal ability, the incredible arranging of Mr. Wenning, and that amazing (as usual) combo, You have what it takes to make ISSMA State VERY interesting! Looking forward to it...

(even if i do have to pay 30 bucks.... wt* is that?)

I can try to get one. I go to Homestead, though, and I didn't even know the mixed schedule until it was posted here, so I'm not making any promises. :D

I got it from another source...thanks though!

I wouldn't dare try to predict these finals...too many good choirs. It's gonna be a doozy of a competition.
