oh man what an awesome competition, realllllllllllllly close. All groups did well and I think this was probably the best laid out comp. we went to all year, NICE JOB W. DUBUQUE ON A GREAT WEEKEND.

Groups I saw...

Prairie "Focal Point"-Yet another amazing Cedar Rapids prep group. I don't know how you do it. You guys are better than soooooo many varsity groups out there and you proved you could stand up against them at this competition...Congrats!

Anamosa-Not much to say here...Your Dreamgirls soloist was a treat!

Davenport West- Great Job guys, you have some great moments in your show. I'm not a huge fan of the canes or the random clothes in the closer. Your ballad was great. I expected you guys to have a better placing in finals.

Benton-First off, I'm not a huge fan of your costumes. Your show was solid. Your men had a very nice vocal sound. The ballad was just great because of the great soloist.

CR Prairie-You guys have great supported vocal and crisp choreo. The only thing I notice was the war/flag song was really random, you did mostly hand choreography and you didn't have any soloists. Congradulations on a well deserved GC trophy!
