PIQUA- OMG I am sooooo proud of you guys!! I had a feeling you would win this one. When Shane Coe (from TV) told me you won, I called one of your members to verify, and I was sooooo incredibly excited for all of you!! This is soooooo well-deserved and I'm just so super pumped for you... ABBY- now I don't have to give you one of my medals!!! haha

Hey! I'm from Cory-Rawson and I just wanted to say that I had an unbelievable time watching all of these amazing groups this weekend. We went first at 8:00, so I was just sitting around watching others all day. I'd have to say I was very impressed, and I felt the right groups definitely made the finals!! Congratulations to all of you!! And a special Congrats to PIQUA!! Great job guys! I also wanna say that I love watching Solon. Thanks for putting on a great show. We came to the competition not knowing what to expect, but being hopeful to win Class C. Winfield is definitely a great group though so we were very excited to be Runner-Up in Class C, especially since this is the first year we've won things at competitions in a long long time. After leaving last night, we were just blown away by all the talent and we can't wait to come back!!

Cory-Rawson Impressions 2004-2005
ADA MUSIC FEAST-Best Choreo Class C; People's Choice Award; Best Stage Crew Class C; 1st Runner-up Class C; 2nd Runner-up Overall
FINDLAY FEST-1st Runner-up Class C; 7th Overall
NORTHCOAST COMP.-1st Runner-up Class C; 12th Overall
We're all very proud of our 260 person High School!!!!

Great Job Piqua, you guys deserved it.

Can anyone tell me about Medina this year, I loved their vocals last year and haven't gotten to see them yet in '05.

Fairfield & Marysville we'll see you guys in 2 weeks. I'm sure you guys were great even if you weren't happy with the results...you can't please everyone. I can't wait for Fairfield, woot!

piqua, i hope you guys do rock out in New York like ya'll did last nite. and i tihnk one of the best feelings of the day was walking by a bunch of you guys saying "good luck you guys are awesome" that was such a great feeling, and fairfield and some of t-burg standing outside our door before finals as we walked out of the room screaming "we love you guys, go rock" giving us high fives it's just an amazing feeling. i love the bond all (well i'll say MOST of the groups) can share and be so supportive of each other and which each other luck. i tihnk thats one of the best parts of show choir. but the worst is those stuck-up show choirs who think they are better then everyone. it was really nice to c gratious winners, such as Piqua accomplish what they did last nite. WELL LONGGGG OVER DUE FOR YOU GUYS!!!! congrats again.

I would like to thank everyone for such nice comments about our GC saturday. It is actually the first real GC we have ever got before. (The only other one we had was over five years ago at a contest were there were only 5 schools. We were good that year, but it was nothing like winning a GC at Twinsburg.) Twinsburg was also our last contest and as a senior, it was the best way to end out our season.
A note about the "girl with no shoes on." This was a complete accident. She got one of her shoes stuck and it came off, so she made the quick decision to just kick off the other one and keep goin instead of trying to do the number with one shoe. She pulled it off and did an amazing job.
Thanks again, and thanks Twinsburg for all the hard work and great contest.

stace
