To Bad Dancer

I don't recall every being mean to a director on here, If I did I would like to see it, and If someone took it as me being mean to them I apologise, but I really don't remember "being mean to some of the directors". I take it that you are from Southwestern since you posted something about hosting a group at OVS. I do not remember ever being mean to Mr.Recknor. If you are referring to Bryan Sego, I'm pretty sure that he is not a director. I don't see why you are randomly attacking me, claiming that I am "being mean to some of the directors", the only person I have really had a conflict with is Bryan Sego, and he would be one person and not a director, and I am sorry about our conflict. Bad Dancer, You are over-exaggerating this, and building walls between our groups.

"you dont have the best choir but you sure act it", This is something that I'm not going to comment on but I think we should keep random attacks on people out of a forum that was for the most part very positive.

I wish that Colerain and Southwestern would go back to being "friends" in the Show Choir world. I remember in 2003 when our group won our very first Grand Championship at the Ohio Valley Showcase. Last year I remember talking to alot of your kids at Triton Central, you guys saying things like "I really hope you guys win" and everyone being so friendly. It seems like this year its just not the same, people attacking each other on here. I'm not sure why this started, but I think we need to end it now because this bad blood between us isn't working. Hopefully at The Showcase of Sound this weekend we can become friends again. Good Luck & I'll see you there

dont tell anyone from colerain to keep it down... bad choreography was the person that had to bring things up which started a bunch of drama... which was unneeded... so lets jus drop it now and have fun this weekend

I'll agree Colerain isn't the best choir, but I doubt yours is any better considering you don't claim to be in any. But I'd like to know where him arguing with a group's director has anything to do with him thinking his choir to be superior. I'm just going to point out the fact their is an area specificly designated for DIRECTORS, an area I would suggest Directors limit their actual posting to. Any director who feels the need to enter the area designated for HIGHSCHOOL student use is, in my opinion, only at the maturity level of the people he choses to argue with. Perhaps this director can find something better to do with his time, like making his group better, or maybe actually showing some dignity and restraint by NOT responding to a highschool student.

Here is a thought maybe his choir is not a choice when u sign up! As i recall he is not the only director that posts and i belive there are cheor. that do too! All i know that this comp has so great choirs that are going to be fighting for that top spot so lets keep the negitivity down and talk about something that matters!!

hey guys whats up? im from south side sound waves. who ever said we are usually solid and pretty good thanks a ton. but no need to exaggerate!  we have a lack of effort at our school which sucks cuz out of the 800 peeps at our school only 25 at the most try out for show choir.  all we really need is better choreography and more determination! im the dance captain and usually get best performer so it's kinda frustrating to see us not place and people that suck are in it. over all we have fun though! i love my friends in it and i wouldnt trade the competitions for anything! well good luck to all and see u sat! oh and we are staying at the holiday inn express! so any other groups that are holla at me and we can chill!
always~

I can't make any promises, because I'm known for bad memory, but I think Edgewood is staying at the Holiday Inn Express. It'd be oober cool if a whole lot of groups are staying there! Are any other groups staying there? Good luck to everyone competiting!!!

The only list the directors received was back in January or so. Since then, if you look back in this post, St. Albans has been added as well as Marietta. Some times also have been modified. You might want to have your director look at this website and get the new times. It was posted by St. C's choreographer, so I am sure it is legitimate. You might want to check - your performance time could be different now.

Hey they were just protecting me... lol for all they knew you were a stalker!! I was kinda lookin forward to seeing what this St Albans is all about since they beat hurricane and what not. And as fair as the competition being "screwed" up or whatever I dont think it really matters, you gotta be good to win a grandchampionship reguardless of any other factors.

We have about the same drive as colerain to get there. There's nothing like a crowded bus full of choraliers that are singing songs they barely know the lyrics to trying to annoy the people sleeping at the front of the bus! HAHA good times! We're going up friday afternoon, and then returning on sun. afternoon. I'm really excited, but also really sad since this is my last competition.

Hey Bryan, maybe I'll see you at this competition, that is if your friends decide not to play you up as gay...
