This is going to be one tough competition. A lot of show choirs to judge in one day. Many of which are at the same level. I think it is anybodys ball game. I think it will come down to whoever has the best time slot in the prelims and finals. My top 6 in no particular order would have to be:

Ft. Wayne Southside (We compete against them on March 5th and March 12th. I will get the scoop on them then. They are usually pretty solid in Indiana.)
Colerain
Poca
Southwestern
Edgewood
St. Albans

lets take a look at the competition that st albans beat hurricane at..

Capitol VIP's Competition:

this year...hurricane got third at capitol..under a first year group who really isnt that good..i cant comment on the VA group as i didnt see them

last year, poca lost to ravenswood

3 years ago hurricane lost to herbert hoover and ravenswood..

I Hereby pronounce this competition as "Screw Over The Best Groups" competition...seriously..friggin Clinton "Attache" would've lost here because its always messed with.

St. Albans is not on the schedule that we got from St. Clairsville. Does anyone know - did they enter late or does someone just think they are coming. There is another post in the East Show Choir Competitions area and they are not on that schedule either, but another show choir is. Someone fill us in. If they beat Hurricane this past weekend, then they must be fantastic. Why have we not heard of them before? Also, if they beat Hurricane, would they not also beat Poca?

Does anyone know anything about Rocky River or Riverside?
