Indeed, Mike Weaver will be one of the adjudicators.

Additionally, Eric Van Cleave will help make up the panel of judges; some may think this is odd as well, seeing as how he arranged competition pieces for one or more of the competing choirs.

Well at this point I don't think anything has been confirmed. On the other hand several have posted they have heard he would be a judge. While I don't particularly think it is wise to have someone judge his own groups, I have great respect for Mike Weaver.

I just realized that all the southern Mike Weaver groups will be at the same competition! Interesting...

My guess is he's serving as a critique judge and is being added back at the end for the finals. We shall see what happens.
