So, is Homewood "The Associate" not going to be large mixed at this contest? They are large mixed at Jackson Prep and Albertville.

Considering the change of command at many schools across the state, I think it's safe to say that this year's Capital City Classic is unpredictable. Anything can happen.

Not sure if this will matter to the people who like to make predictions, but Homewood has about 40 seniors this year with 60ish performers. That number was 18 in 2014, 21 in 2013, and 20 in 2012.

Also try to remember Albertville has won this competition the last three years in a row and always come with a surprise! I am so excited to see Homewood competiting here this year!! I can't wait to see what everyone has to bring to the table!

While Albertville has won the competition three years in a row, the competition field hasn't been as extreme as this year. The addition of Homewood and Madison Central to the usual Albertville, Auburn, Opelika, Oak Mountain, Enterprise is going to be interesting for sure. I'm looking forward to it!

GC- Albertville (Giving them the slight edge, 3 years in a row has to count for something)

I noticed the time error with Madison Central as well. Not real sure what's going on there.

I have the Friday schedule, I'll post it as soon as I can get to my laptop.

Thanks - the schedule has been posted. Not that it's a huge deal, but is there an error in the performance time for Madison Central? I don't think they would have only 15 minutes while the others have 25 minutes.

Also if there's a Friday/Middle School schedule available, I can post that on the Day One event for Capital City Classic.

So excited for competition season!!!

Pre-Season Predictions:
GC: Auburn, (vocals, tie for show)
1RU: Madison Central (visuals, tie for show)
2RU: Homewood
3RU: Opelika
4RU: Albertville

No idea what Albertville will look like this year. Enterprise, Bradley Central, or even Tift County wouldn't shock me if any of them made finals.
