To make matters worse, WJ Sassy got Best Band too.

They got Best Band, Best Choreo, and Best Overall Affect. Yet they didn't place. A time penalty would have to be the only reason, but I've been texting a Sassy Member and they didn't say anything about that so i don't know.

It's just not that cut and dry. The highest point earners in a competition are Vocals and Choreo. If the other groups were very close in Choreo but quite a bit better vocally, you can still see results like these.

On another note... does anyone know the daytime results for A and AA?

Now I'm not saying this is the case, but if vocals were really bad (the caption they didn't get), it could definitely cause them to fall out of the placements. There are other possibilities such as poor combo scores or a time penalty.

Still. You get best choreography and best overall affect, but you still don't place? Somethings gotta be wrong there.

Clinton has just performed. Heard from some of my friends that they are not quite up to par this year, and that they think Albertville and Petal both stand a good chance against them. I can't say any of this as fact, but its just what more than three different people have told me. Opener was "Stand in the Rain" by Superchick. And some other songs were "Clouds Fade Away, Umbrella, I Can See Clearly Now, Pocketful of Sunshine, Here Comes the Sun."

Oh, and some Imagination members have told me that this Jarod Voss mess that is being spread around on here, is entirely FALSE and that it's stupid its being talked about so much.

Yeah, she did say that but then she told me he ended up judging them. Thats what she said.
I love her too! She's one of my favorite people ever! Met her at SCA!

I love TB... she is the one that told me that Jarod Voss did not judge them... She said something about him turning off his judge lamp or something I dunno... but based on what I've been hearing I'm going to change my prediction a bit:
GC- Clinton
1 RU- Twinsburg
2 RU- Albertville
3 RU- Petal
4 RU- Enterprise

I just texted a member of Sassy (TB) and asked her, West Jones Sassy DID in fact get best band also. Jarod Voss DID end up judging them, too. I don't know why he wasn't going to anyway, I didn't ask.
